Every Sunday & Wednesday you can stop by The Paddock York from 1-3pm to tour our model home and get more information about moving to The Paddock.

  • The best thing that has happened in our lives, since moving into the Paddock, is that we live much closer to our daughter, her husband and her children. We get to see them more often. It was wonderful to be able to attend Grandparent’s day at our granddaughters’ school recently.

Client Kickoff Meeting

Congratulations! You’ve selected your lot at The Paddock!

 

Now you’ll meet with your Project Manager to go over the home build process and pick out all of your selections for your new home build.

Homesite Preparation & Excavation

Every homesite preparation varies depending on the lot you’ve selected.

 

Sometimes trees need to be cleared, rocks need to be drilled out, soil needs to be brought in or removed, which makes each site unique.

Foundation

The first structural activity of your new home is the foundation.

 

During this phase, our team builds the structural support of your home and grades the area around the foundation. Once completed and inspected, the site is then backfilled and rough graded.
